Me. Bassel A. Cheaib, Consultant for WJH Law Group, brings fifteen years of experience in corporate and commercial law, specializing in contract drafting and corporate counseling. He has advised on contentious and non-contentious matters related to European law and Middle Eastern Law.

Me. Cheaib has handled complex international cases, including collaborating with a British law firm on an international child abduction case, working with a Spanish law firm on an international inheritance case, and drafting a $4 million investment agreement for a construction project in Turkey.

His expertise includes drafting shareholder and management agreements, franchise and distributorship contracts, professional services agreements, and bank guarantees. Me. Cheaib is fluent in Arabic and proficient in English and French.
